
Beef With Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- 11 oz beef
- 2 oz snow pea
- 2 oz celery
- 3 oz seafood mushroom
- 3 oz brown button mushroom
- 3 oz carrot
- 1 oz green onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 0.5 oz ginger
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon water
- 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon potato starch
- 1 tablespoon water
Steps
Slice the beef in half lengthwise. Holding your knife at an angle, cut each piece into thin slices, going against the grain.
Destring the snow peas, if needed.
To a small bowl, add the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. Mix to thoroughly combine.
To a small bowl, add the potato starch and water.
Add the oil to beef and mix to thoroughly combine.
Keeping the excess oil in the wok, turn on the heat to medium.
Add the cooking wine, pouring along the edge of the wok. Stir everything together briefly, then increase the heat to high.
