# Pork with Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry

Cuisine: thai · Time: 55 minutes · Servings: 2

## Ingredients

- 10 oz pork (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp golden mountain sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup straw mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 chilies (sliced, see notes)
- 4 green onions (cut into 2-inch sized pieces)

## Steps

1. Toss the pork slices with sugar in a bowl until evenly coated. Let it rest for 30 minutes to help tenderize the meat.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the pork to the wok and stir-fry until it’s just starting to cook through.
4. Pour in dark soy sauce, golden Mountain sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Add white pepper and sliced onion. Stir well and cook until the onions are slightly soft.
5. Toss in the mushrooms and chilies. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender to your liking.
6. Add green onions, stir gently, and remove from heat. Serve hot over jasmine rice.
