Jeow Bee Recipe (Lao Bitter Dipping Sauce)

• 1 tablespoon fermented fish sauce
• 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1/2 tablespoon toasted rice powder
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon MSG
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon beef bile
• 1/2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
• 1 stalk of green onions (chopped)

   In a mixing bowl, stir together beef bile, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, toasted rice powder, chili flakes, and water.

   Mix in freshly chopped green onions and coriander. Serve immediately with your favorite dishes.
