Jeow Som Recipe (Lao Dipping Sauce)

• 4 cloves of garlic (peeled)
• 5 chilies (adjust to taste)
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Cách làm

   Roughly pound garlic and chilies with a mortar and pestle.

   Mix in the sugar, fish sauce, and fresh lime juice. Stir well.

   Once the sugar has fully dissolved, sprinkle the sauce with chopped coriander.
