Cuisine: thai · Time: 15 minutes · Servings: 2

## Ingredients

- 6 large Shrimp (Prawn)
- 6 - 8 Wax peppers
- 1 Thai Long Chili
- 2 - 3 Green onions
- 2 - 3 large cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground White Pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

## Steps

1. Clean and devein the shrimp.
2. Heat the oil over low to medium flame, then add the garlic and cook it slowly for 30 seconds, so it doesn't burn.
3. Add the shrimp and toss them in the garlic gently, keeping the heat low. Just let them cook for about a minute in the garlic.
4. When the shrimp turn pink, add the oyster sauce, fish sauce, light soy sauce, ground white pepper, and sugar. Stir it in carefully until well blended.
5. Add the peppers and green onion. Stir in and toss in the sauces until well blended. Add a little water, if the pan seems dry, just a bit to make a little gravy. Serve immediately.
