# Ong Choy With Fermented Bean Curd

## Ingredients

- 1 lb ong choy
- 3 clove garlic
- 0.5 oz ginger
- 0.5 chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 3 cube fermented bean curd
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 0.25 teaspoon white pepper

## Steps

1. Keep the bundle of ong choy tied together and trim off the woody ends at the bottom.
2. To a small bowl, add the fermented bean curd, sugar, cooking wine and white pepper. Use a spoon to smash the bean curd and mix it into the other ingredients until a smooth paste forms.
3. Boil water in a wok on high heat. Add the salt and oil.
